Justin is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Justin has been helping people in the human services field since 2008 in a variety of inpatient, residential and outpatient settings with diverse populations. Residential treatment experience comes from a variety of roles working with and coordinating programs for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Intensive inpatient addiction treatment was provided for adult male veterans and for young adults. Outpatient therapy experience comes from work in a university counseling center and several hospital based outpatient clinics in the community. Specifically, outpatient experience includes integrated treatment for adults with co-occurring mental health, substance use, and traumatic stress disorders as well as leading a coordinated specialty care program for young adults with recent onset psychosis.
Background
Justin is originally from the Finger Lakes Region of New York State and has been living in Western New York for over twenty years. When not at work Justin may be found spending time with his wife and children, engaged in outdoor activities, cooking, or building something.
