Experience

Justin is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work degrees both from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Justin has been helping people in the human services field for more than a decade in a variety of inpatient, residential and outpatient settings with diverse populations. Residential treatment experience comes from a variety of roles working with and coordinating programs for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Intensive inpatient addiction treatment was provided for adult male veterans and for young adults. Outpatient therapy experience comes from work in a university counseling center and several hospital based outpatient clinics in the community. Specifically, outpatient experience includes integrated treatment for adults with co-occurring mental health, substance use, and traumatic stress disorders as well as leading a coordinated specialty care program for young adults with recent onset psychosis.

Background

Justin is originally from the Finger Lakes Region of New York State and has been living in Western New York for most of the last twenty years. When not at work Justin may be found spending time with his wife and children, engaged in outdoor activities, cooking, or building something.

Patricia is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Spirituality Degree from Empire State College and a Master of Social Work Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Patricia has been working in the field of social work for twelve years in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient and community mental health.

Patricia emphasizes her intention to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood, a place where you can build on your strengths as you grow and adapt to meet life’s challenges in a healthy way, and where your goals are unique to you and will guide your treatment plan and healing process. Patricia has a holistic perspective of the self as a multifaceted being with connections between mind, body and spirit and would be honored to support you on your journey to becoming your best self.

Erin DeWolfe is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Mansfield University and Master of Social Work degree from State University of New York at Buffalo. She has worked in the field for over 20 years, working with various populations. She has experience working with youth, families, couples and adults. This work history includes community in-home visits, as well as working in multiple residential treatment programs for men and women in recovery from drugs and alcohol.

Erin’s goal is to provide a safe, empowering and practical space to work toward positive change. Erin strives to empower all clients to find solutions to their own challenges, while building on their strengths along the way. Erin values humor, trust and honesty as core principles in both her professional practice and in her personal life.
